Meditation works for me–even if just for a few minutes. I used to be one to react very quickly. Now when stressful things come up, I pause for a few moments. Often I will let it sit for a while and let my subconscious mull it over.
Certainly catching up on blogs helps from time to time too. I sometimes will start a blog post. Another great stress reliever is visiting Human Census. I enjoy reading others responses to the questions.
On the healthy side, I watch Seinfeld… longboard, run, write, etc.
On the not-as-healthy side, I wander around on the internet, eat random stuff, or pout.

Working out. If I actually had time to work out whenever I felt stressed, I’d be the fittest person in the world.
